Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation sets your subscription to cancel at period end — you retain full access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period. No proration is applied; you will not receive a credit for unused days within the current period.
2. EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, subject to the limitations described in our Terms of Service §7. If you have not provisioned any server during the withdrawal period, you may request a full refund by emailing support@metrichost.net within 14 days of the subscription start date.
3. Non-EU refunds
For subscribers outside the EU, refunds are granted at our discretion. We will consider refund requests made within 14 days of the first paid period where the Service has not met its description or you have encountered a material technical issue we were unable to resolve.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@metrichost.net with the subject line: Refund request — [your account email]. Include a brief description of the reason for your request.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks bypass our reconciliation process and may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve billing disputes directly and quickly.
